Offerbox DesignMade in 2025
Project period: December 2024 - May 2025
This project originated from one of my design at art history class, where I was recognized by my teacher and assigned the task to design this offerbox. The project became a cross-departmental collaboration involving students, the admissions office, and the arts department. Our goal was to create a welcoming campus culture experience for new students.
I was responsible for the overall design of the gift box’s outer packaging and the canvas bag inside, while my team handled other elements like stickers and notebooks. Using Procreate for digital painting and Photoshop for prototype creation, we ensured the designs matched our vision and material specifications.
The design combines a global perspective with the school’s identity. It features landmark buildings from New York, London, and Shanghai to represent the international affiliated schools of WLSA, alongside with the school’s mascot and varsity sports to highlight school spirit. We also integrated symbols of the school’s diverse curriculum to tell a visual story.
This project enhanced my skills in digital design, project management, and teamwork. The Offerbox design was adopted by the school and will be used for new students starting in 2025, continuing to reflect WLSA’s welcoming and creative spirit.
